This agreement outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the services provided by Build My Documents. These terms govern the interactions with the Build My Documents website and any other customer interaction channels, including sales representatives, offices, call centers, advertisements, and information campaigns.

By using the services offered by Build My Documents, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, which will govern any transactions or services provided by Build My Documents.

Important Information:
- Build My Documents is not a passport or PAN card provider. We do not collect any original documents from clients.
- As a assistance provider, we stay updated on passport regulations. You will receive accurate support regarding passports We are only liable for communications through the specified email and phone numbers.
- We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of our email or phone contacts.

User Responsibilities:
- Users are responsible for all costs, including fees, duties, taxes, and assessments associated with using our services.
- In the event of an undercharge for listing, services, or transaction fees due to technical or other reasons, Build My Documents reserves the right to adjust charges accordingly. Any changes in government tax rates or new taxes imposed will be borne by the customer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds are available if the service or booking has not yet been provided, subject to a 5% deduction to cover resource costs.
- Refunds will not be processed once work has been shared. however, the paid amount may be applied as credit toward an alternative service of equal value within Build My Documents. This credit can be used in part or full for the new service.
- After payment and document verification, customers can postpone the service for up to 3 months without incurring a penalty.
- If a customer engages a third party for assistance, Build My Documents will not continue processing the application.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
- The refund will be credited to customer's bank account within 3-4 business days.

Additional Notes:
- Build My Documents is not accountable for delays or crowd issues at government offices.
- As an online service, Build My Documents does not provide physical accompaniment to customers at government offices.
- Once documents are dispatched via courier, their delivery is under the third party's control, and Build My Documents cannot influence the delivery timeframe.
